This has spoilt may happening pool parties and schedules as people are told to wait for some time after eating if they want a quick dive in the pool! It is true that any type of vigorous activity after eating can be harmful but not declared dangerous yet, we often on a vacation have chips, sandwiches while enjoying in the pool, even that does not make any difference. Wow that seems to be hilarious! Who ever told this may be unaware of the fact that your heart stops only when you are declared dead. Heart functions all the time whether we are awake or in deep sleep, at the time of sneezing heart can start beating irregularly but can never stop.
5. Watching TV Screen From Close can Destruct Your Eyesight
This saying is dragging it’s existence since we were born, this was somehow true in the initial period of television invention because the TV at that time emitted high radiance which might end up harming eyes but today’s television are relatively secured and radiation free. Still if your eyes hurt while watching on screens or reading in dim light then you must go check with a doctor!
6. You Should Drink 8 Glasses of Water Everyday
This one is the heftiest misconception, the reason behind this was- one should consume 8 glasses of fluid in a day, not necessarily water, the maximum amount of fluid comes from the food we eat. So drink when you feel thirsty and do not let a dehydration state hit you and that is enough to skip 8 glasses rule!
